This is the MOST important part of the homeowners property. The grading needs to be done properly to drain water away from the house and off of the property in correct locations. We install black dirt to level and flatten the yard to prepare it for the sod. The sod we use is among the best grown in the area. We use a Kentucky Bluegrass Sod and install it in big rolls that are either 30" wide by 10' long or 24" wide by 6' long. Sod needs to be cared for daily with lots of waters during the hot summer when it is typically installed. Once it establishes a strong root system after about 3 weeks and begin to mow your grass.
